There are some really amazing advancements in the technology that you can use in your home. One of the most overlooked rooms is the bathroom. Everyone is happy to upgrade their kitchen but the bathroom is never given the attention it deserves.

You should consider upgrading to wall mounted hand dryers. They will save you a lot of money because you won’t ever need to wash your hand towels. Basic hand dryers are not very good in my opinion but the new designs are amazing. These new hand dryers use a high pressure sheet of air on either side of your hands to scrape off the water. They are seriously efficient and you never have to touch anything. All it costs you is the electricity. These have been cropping up in hotels and other public bathrooms because they save an astoundingly large amount of money on paper towels. Some people still prefer to wipe their hands but these should replace paper towels and hand towels everywhere.

Get yourself a high efficiency shower head that can give you the best pressure you can get, uses less water and gives you the different options that you love. One of my favorite styles is a wide faced shower head the sprays water downward rather than at an angle. It’s like being in a rain shower that’s scalding hot and that is awesome.

The next upgrade that I suggest is a simple one. Ditch the bar soap and get a liquid soap foamer. The foam is more easily dispersed over the hands so you can use less soap to wash more effectively than bar soap or gel soap can. There are even automatic, infrared foamed soap dispensers on the market that will help you keep your hands clean and your bathroom tidy.
